• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach and local.
• Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.

• Creating strategies for new solution launches, promotions, and targeted events in collaboration with marketing teams to generate incremental bookings and pipelines.
• Assists with technical sales proposals, demos, trials, and proof-of-concept activities as directed.
• Managing sales execution and growth of key resellers and partners, including sales enablement and pipeline development.
