I was responsible of Pre-event preparations from contacting the suppliers, prepare the event decoration map, and supervise the instalment of the event setup, to presenting the outcomes of the event to the clients.
Also another part of my job is to contact potential clients and explore the opportunities of partnership, getting sponsors for my clients, & handling sales meeting to present event proposals.
Important Achievements:
• Closing the Events deal with Boubyan Bank (Boubyan Moments) and manage the execution of each & every weekly Event.
• Managing the Execution of Equate Annual Ceremony.
• Managing (Open Sesame Show) in Ice Skating Theatre
I was responsible on selling Food service equipment’s & hotel supplies for Horeca Sector and my area of specialist was the heavy duty kitchen equipment’s like ( FAGOR & RATIONAL), another role of my job was to develop relationships with new clients, also look for new prospects where we can generate new business opportunities.
Important Achievements:
• Closing my Full year Target in my 1st Quarter, in my 1st year in the company.
• I’ve managed to get new clients for the company like: (Edam Group: Kasap & e-Club, chocolate Cuisine, Sakhret Rawshe, Chocolate Bar & many others.
• I’ve learned to work on kitchen design & successfully managed to sell kitchen design for Hadi Hospital.
