Initiate and develop a strong relationship with the ENT clients

* Expand customer share with growing client portfolio through
consulting with existing clients
* Give a demonstration to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle the
objections, convince them to buy
* Expand the enterprise database through market research and
prospecting
* Track monthly sales and accurately forecast for the rolling 90-days
advance period
* Achieve significant market share growth, minimum sales metrics

Performs sales activities to new and/or current customers to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives:

* Contacts prospective customers to approach them upon their
behavior
* Qualifies prospective customer opportunities against key variables
such as budget, timing, decision-making process, competitors, etc
* Creates and performs sales presentations to match company's
products/services with identified needs
* Sells products/services through Telephone contact
* Remains knowledgeable of company's products/services to
facilitate sales efforts
* Often responsible for the moderately complex and somewhat
difficult to close sales
* Responsible for managing stock and delivering products to retail
stores.

Maintains regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction:
* Alerts client to new or improved products/services
* Relays client feedback to product development staff
Liaises with sales, support engineers, and finance staff as necessary to
resolve customer queries and help meet their expectations.
May assist marketing communications with mass mailings to customer
database.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services

• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to
solicit sales for services
• Explain products or services and prices and answer questions
from customers
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects
contacted
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of
specific individuals

Answers incoming customer calls/emails and records detailed, sometimes technical messages; determines the technical support person to whom to route the call.
Performs administrative support functions for customer/product support
staff:

* Assists with the distribution of product diskettes and materials
* Types, mails, and faxes correspondence
* Responds to miscellaneous requests from customers and internal
staff.
