Pivots factory is an industrial organization producing Egypt made Center Irrigation Pivots having a system refers to a movable pipe
structure that rotates around a central pivot point connected to a water supply. Center pivot irrigation systems are the most popular
sprinkler irrigation systems because of their high efficiency, high uniformity, and ability to irrigate uneven terrain, and project’s
scope was as follows:
▪ 19, 000 m2 Pivot’s factory (Manufacturing items and assembly of black steel).
▪ 8, 000 m2 Galvanization factory integrated by Ani-metal “Turkish specialized in Galvanization line Supply & Installation”
.
▪ 2 x 8, 000 m2 Storage buildings.
▪ 3 x 5, 000 m2 Storage yards.
▪ 1, 300 m Fence and retaining walls including gates, truck scales and automated doors.
▪ Concrete paving & Sidewalks.
▪ Firefighting, domestic water and Septic tanks.

- Construction of 3200 mm diameter, 52 m length tunnel by pipe jacking crossing Alwahat railway, 6
October, Giza, Egypt
- Construction of 2500 mm diameter, 108 m length tunnel by pipe jacking crossing oil & gas pipe
lines, 6 October, Giza, Egypt
- New Raw Water Intake - Egypt Refinery Company (ERC project’s main aim is to provide Egypt additional lighter petroleum products
such as LPG and increase the domestic production of refined petroleum products,
especially diesel.
Raw water intake structure, micro tunneling, jacking and receiving rooms
constructed by slip form and sinking method, sheet piles and shoring.
Fence and blasted walls.

Responsibilities:
Determine project schedule, construction methods and strategies by studying project plan and specifications,
calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Supervise assigned activities ensuring effective implementation and optimum utilization of resources (Manpower
and equipment) and programs to achieve set goals with respect to HSE regulations.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope budget.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supervise creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
PROJECTS:
1- Five residential compounds at King Abdullah palace.
2- Alshati Palace.
3- The Integrated Project for Developing of Ministry of Interior Constructors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine project schedule, construction methods and strategies by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements and requesting modifications in plans and schedules when needed and finding the solution to problems that may cause delays if exist.
Supervise assigned activities ensuring effective implementation and optimum utilization of resources (Manpower and equipment) and programs to achieve set goals.
Assist Project Manager in oversight of project activities.
Provide technical and managerial directions to project team members.
Lead, direct and follow up the performance of site personnel (site engineers, foremen and surveyors) and clarify their daily work programs.
Inspect and ensure that ongoing site activities are in conformance to engineering plans, specifications, construction and complying with safety standards.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Manage and Coordinate with sub-contractors and other stake holders of the project for smooth performance of the project.
Coordinate between EMP and interior finishing works.
Represent the project manager in all site transactions/meetings with consultant through the QC team.
Responsible for material and contractors profiles’ submittal to and approval of consultant.
Ensure that the construction related documents are being properly maintained and available when needed.
Responsible for ready mix concrete procurement.
Arrange for geological and geophysical investigations and carry out feasibility studies and tests.
Responsible concrete field tests.
Follow up all construction materials procurement procedures according to the client’s representative approval.
Prepare site progress, materials delivery and sub-contractors status reports and issue to project management.
Responsible for handing over executed works to maintenance team through the consultant.
Reviewing bids of subcontractors.
Liaise with the commercial team to achieve the project target within the budget margin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare method of statement of the project's start up.
Study and review of architectural/structural drawings, formwork and logistic items suppliers' offers.
Quantity survey for different civil items.
PROJECTS:
1- King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST).
2- HRH. Prince Khalid Alfaisal Palace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct supervision of all civil works.
Monitor team productivity and inspects all work processes to ensure high quality and safety standards are being maintained by coordination with site’s foremen.
Ensure that civil works and related materials are undertaken in accordance with the approved procedures and specifications and that construction is made in accordance with the approved IFC drawings.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Supervise setting out, leveling and surveying of the site.
Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Prepare detailed calculations and shop drawings to manage civil related works across the site.
Ensure that inspections are performed and documented in accordance with approved procedures.
Follow up all finishing and EMP works and maintaining records.
Prepare completion reports of site to submit to project management.
PROJECTS:
Smouha Barons Tower.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the construction team to see that all the works are executed as per the approved drawings.
Quantity surveying of executed works.
Schedule attend meeting with clients to present modifications’ proposals and get their approval.
Tender, prepare shop drawings and follow up procurement of materials for apartments’ modifications approved by clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design of reinforced concrete residential structures.
Prepare calculation sheets and design drawings.
