As an undergraduate in Marketing I have started working in the field as an online freelancer by marketing products on social media and which includes
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy.
- Manage and oversee social media content (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
- Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, Sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.
- Monitoring marketing and Sales performance and strategies as needed
I am a Team Leader, leading a team of 9 Employees who follow up with around 3500 drivers on daily basses. my work description includes but is not limited to.
-Scheduling for drivers according to marketing requirements.
-Meeting drivers demand with day to day demand.
-Reporting higher management on drivers attendance.
-Reporting higher management on how to utilize the drivers efficiently.
-Counseling drivers.
-Driver performance monitoring.
-Assessing driver's UTR & KPI on daily basis.
-Dealing with Outsource vendors.
-Implementing new company policies.
-maintaining internal HR systems.
Working with a team, we have to coordinate with a fleet of 1500 drivers. preparing daily attendance reporting for drivers, solving issues that drivers face and other reports that higher management requires related to drivers.
Working on a daily basis, this position involved typing, filing, taking inventory, keeping records, preparing documents, process mail and assisting colleagues.
I am currently a marketing student. In my course we learn basics of marketing, such as market research, market segmentation and targeting, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, the distribution of goods and services, pricing policies, promoting products communications, and marketing management. With all of that we are also supposed to be updated with: -New market trends -Time management which helps us in organisation skills -Research -Social networking -Presenting ideas -Reasoning -Decision-making -Persuasion -Overcoming obstacles -Commitment -Self-motivation -Confidence -Problem solving - Listening
