▪ Assisted the HOD in developing the company investment case - key messaging and positioning - of NMC Health to investor and external community:
- Managed marketing and financial communication channels for key internal and external relationships i.e. prospective investors, sell-side analysts and current shareholders; successfully improved the shareholder register by converting renowned buy-side players - Capital Group, BlackRock, Wellington Management - into long-term and top shareholders (c. 5% holdings each),
- Ensured NMC’s rank as Top Pick for most of sell-side analysts, with 9 out of 11 analysts giving it a BUY rating.

▪ Supported management by conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses on market, industry and peer group data including fundamental analyses, valuation comps, financial model evaluations, as well as utilizing NMC’s Bloomberg Terminal to analyze other key metrics.

▪ Stakeholder management; acting as liaison updating and communicating regarding market and investor sentiment, translating complex market and financial data, managing investor queries and hosting site visits.

▪ Formulated material for IR pitch deck, as well as internal and external reporting documents including investor conferences, capital market days, corporate roadshows, semi-annual/annual results presentations and annual reports, as well as data for sell-side analysts.

▪ Led the strategy formulation and execution for all six divisions of Descon Engineering Limited (DEL) - a USD 1 Billion portfolio:
- Expanded DEL’s presence into East and South Africa, by setting up preliminary operations, business development teams and establishing partnerships worth USD 10 M.
- Conducted market and portfolio analyses to highlight high margin services/products and growth areas for the company.
- Identified and rectified performance gaps within Business Development teams using CRM and customer feedback tools.
- Conducted business feasibility analyses and financial modeling for DEL’s PPP Initiatives - Hydro Power and Food Storage.

▪ Designated Corporate Key Account Manager; partnered with key global cement technology partners, winning contracts worth USD 50 M.
