⦁ Coordinate technical activities within area of jurisdiction
⦁ Lead health sector coordination meetings and activities and follow up with the authorities and all the effective and concerned health players on the ground.
⦁ Follow up and monitor IDPs movement, raising heath needs, outbreak of CDs, vaccination coverage in the area.
⦁ Conduct regular monitoring and assessment field visits to identify health needs in high-risk areas in terms of vulnerability and accessibility to health services and asses existing health facilities (hospitals, PHCs, NGOs )
⦁ Strengthen WHO EPI vaccinating program, with collaboration with local authorities, supervise national and routine vaccination campaigns.
⦁ Strengthen surveillance system, under EWARS program, ensure complete reporting in all sentinel sites, maintain effective and rapid response to health threats and disease outbreaks.
⦁ Prepare quarterly/ biannual work plans for HUB in close collaboration with technical leads. Provide a smooth operational and technical workflow plan to transport and distribute medical health supplies within the coastal area. .
⦁ Coordinate with health partners (agencies, NGOs, INGOs, ) and local authorities on regular basis to keeps updates on security control and accessibility levels, in order to estimate future distribution plans and ensure WHO supplies are geographically covering all IDPs PiN areas.
⦁ Track IDPs movements in collaboration with local authorities and ensure a continuous delivery of medical health supplies is maintained.
⦁ Strengthen health information system, by coordinating with all health providers and developing regular health updates reports.
⦁ Strengthen capacities of STHC & PHC HFs (provision of essential health supplies)
⦁ Support the implementation of MHPSS program (consultations, group discussions, community awareness, capacity buildings and referral )
⦁ Represent WHO in Coordination meetings (A/HCT, ASMT, IA/IS coordination meetings …) Serve as Focal point for the health cluster at sub-national level.
⦁ Follow up on training capacities for health and community workers, ensure a plan is in place for continuous capacity building activities.
⦁ Approve financial commitments within delegated authority (as per impress limit. Review and approve internal memos for WCO action.

⦁ Operational fleet management over the sub-office and its warehouse, ensure warehouse set up is suitable for medical storage in terms of safety and security, stock management and technical monitoring on the stock storage condition (special control on cold chain storage and storage of hallucinated and psychotropic medicines).
⦁ Manage stock actions and the stock report. Conduct technical check and supervise the dispatching procedures of shipments.

⦁ Identify the local needs by conducting field visits to the hospitals and NGOs in order to fill the health gap and identify priorities according to the public needs
⦁ Develop distribution plans to deliver health items to SARC clinics
⦁ Communicate with the pharmacists in all SARC clinics and collect reports for current stock conditions and health needs
⦁ Develop reports on all the beneficiaries who are getting free health services at SARC clinics, contact details, diseases, medicines received etc and hence estimating the consumption of medicines accordingly, in order to establish a procurement plan.
⦁ Conduct field visits to the health clinics and get feedback on the health condition, suggest improvements on the delivery of health services, and ensure all the health teams are following the procedures under SARC regulations.
⦁ Conduct regular check on SARC main medical warehouse and ensure the medical items are being stored and distributed probably.
⦁ Facilitate all the hanging documents between SARC and MOH, follow up the approval needed by MOH in order to conduct the distribution process of the medical items.
