Conducted an in depth research of seafood industry in Pakistan to develop business of seafood export
from Pakistan to China and Japan. To execute this business I had to negotiate and deal with multiple
suppliers, fishermen and governmental institutions.
* Managed price negotiations, order planning and logistics of petrochemicals for biggest manufacturer of
PET resin in Pakistan.
* Managed marketing activities for GOO.N diapers in Pakistan. This included online marketing, e-
commerce placements and training brand ambassadors for BTL activities.
* Worked on the pre-feasibility of setting up an Automated Slaughterhouse and retail outlets for distribution
of hygienic chilled chicken across Karachi.
Achievement: Only management trainee who managed to convince Headquarters and execute a business. I
was also able to draw top management’s attention towards the poultry industry of Pakistan.

analyzing and assessing market visibility.
* Dealt with procurement managers/owners of 40+ modern trade outlets, handled compliance issues and
prepared a scorecard to assess the sales team.
* Managed two trade marketing executions for trade marketing department
Achievement: Legal department was asked to review the contract structure based on my analysis. The
executions were successful and appreciated by Coca-Cola Içecek.

market position of non-listed FMCGs in Pakistan.
* Interacted with 300+ buyers at hyper and super markets to assess and analyze brand loyalty; factors that
keep customers loyal, customer acquisition cost and other non-financial factors that affect a brand’s
success.
* Prepared a report recommending 3 FMCGs, on the basis of my analysis, to be approached for an IPO or
capital raising opportunities.
Achievement: Two out of the three companies recommended companies in our report were approached by
Arif Habib Ltd.
* CPEC: In-depth research on CPEC; the pros, the cons and the future outlook of the project
