Abdulrahman University Operation and maintenance project- Hitachi using MAXIMO program. Consisting of 16 metro stations, 2 bus terminal &4 depot buildings. Leading facility and maintenance management and all coordination with the client and consultant and achieving high KPI (key performance index.
Project: -Riyadh Metro Project - Western Station - Station Project: (Al-Riyadh New Mobility) ANM Consortium Riyadh Metro Main Contractor for Line #3. Construction of the Western Station (Al Medina Road) of total area 55000 m2 (800 million) Dollar. Client: Al Riyadh Development Authority (ADA) Consultant: Riyadh Metro Transit Consultant (RMTC) Designation: Construction Manager
•Leading the construction team in the diferent phases of construction in addition
•Coordinating the design and production of the several elements
•Assure timely availability of resources to achieve the overall project Milestones, including materials, equipment's, manpower and the needed details from the technical ofice.
•Further detailing of the project overall schedules to constructible subtasks distributed over projects, crews minimizing- if not eliminating any idleness and consequently optimizing the project cost.
•Assure that all duties required either contractually or because of changes/ instructions requested periodically by client's weather on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis are timely completed emphasizing the credibility of my company.
•Provide proper coordination between suppliers and / or subcontractors providing all the logistics to assure smooth progress avoiding any possible claims.
•Manage all site level correspondences and memos assuring proper documentation of events and avoiding any contractual deficiencies.
•Assure that Safety and quality measures are properly taken to maintain respectable quality in a safe construction environment.
•Motivate the manpower and maintain the enthusiastic spirit which increases the productivity.
•Liaise with the main contractor to make sure that all tools and equipment's are properly maintained avoiding any malfunctioning equipment's risk issues.
Projects: Development of Prince Mishaal bin Abdul Aziz Road Nearly 770, 000 square meters of ofices, retail, and residential mixed-use development to be constructed within the next four years. The development includes a five-star hotel operated by Jumeirah group, a general hospital ofice building. Carrefour hypermarket The project consists of four buildings, one as main Carrefour building, with an overall area of 33000 SM. The total selling price for the project is 80 million SR.
Project: Teaching Hospital OF King Faisal University The hospital project consists of two buildings, one else out clinic patient building with an overall area of 21000 SM and the building is the hospital itself with eleven floors prestigious with a capacity of 400 beds and 120000 SM plus the 90 parking in the basement. The total selling price for the project is 500M SR with expectation to reach 650M due to changes in contract belong to medical equipment.
