My primary responsibility is to supervise and manage the execution of MEP works on a day to day basis to
ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget. My role requires me to ensure effective coordination
between the Site, Procurement, and Engineering departments. I am responsible for all stages of the Project from
Initiation to Closure.

Riyadh Metro Project
All MEP works on 8 elevated stations on Line 1 of the RMP. Scope of works include the installation and
commissioning of all MEP and HVAC equipment, such as, AHUs, VRF System, CRAC units, Smoke Extract
Fans, Fire and Domestic Water pumps. Electrical works executed are the MV/LV distribution, backup
generators, Central Battery System, Lighting Control System, Lighting, BMS, and other electrical works.

SAMBA HQ (King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh)
An iconic 40 storey LEED Gold Certified tower. Scope of works included installation and commissioning of
MV distribution, LV distribution, Backup Generators, Emergency Power (Central Battery System), Intrusion
Detection System, Access Control System, CCTV, Lighting Control System, and BMS

Almarai CPP3, Al Kharj
A US $320 million, state of the art, central processing plant for dairy products, comprising of 7 production
lines. Scope of works included LV distribution, HVAC and BMS installation and commissioning. The
equipment that was commissioned and handed over, includes AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs, HRUs, Exhaust
Fans, and Pumps.

This was a combined cycle conversion of an existing single cycle power plant. The project was valued at US
$4.8 billion, with a total generation of 4600 MW, making it one of the largest Power Plants in the world.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for installation and commissioning of Electrical equipment as per Shop Drawings ensuring
proper quality of work as per specifications and industry standards
