Started with Import documentation in front desk, transferred to Export documentation after 6 months, then promoted as vice-manager after 1 year. My main responsibilities are: Managing projects related to Export documentation and customer care. Coordinating with transshipments ports at (Gioia Tauro and Marsaxlokk) by sending the manifest data of weekly Export departures (3 vessels per week). Controlling and ensuring the correct creating of Bills of lading done by our team. Invoicing
