Daily supervision of credit controllers in various job tasks including the following:
Credit valuation, Processing bank statements, working age debtor reports, initiating legal proceedings against debtors, dealing with clients and their financial queries first hand.
Training and retraining new and old recruits on the project. One on one coaching sessions were also conducted for a specified target.
Audit assessment and employee feedback on a weekly basis to ensure and enhance quality of the work.
Preparation and documentation of official procedures.
ACCA is ongoing at the moment. Professional papers are pending.
Certification of completing Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
