I managed my own digital company for more than 2 years leading a team of a developer, designer and a community manager. Our main activity is providing tunisian small companies the following services:

I was in charge of creating, managing and promoting a website which service is selling website visitors. My main tasks were:
-Project execution planning
-Market research and Benchmarking
-Setting service’s features/ Pricing strategy/ Scheduling
promotions, etc.
-Creation of the website via Wordpress
-Costumers help and assistance
-Reporting and analysing website and sales activity
Including El Mouradi Hotels (Leader of the hotel chains in Tunisia) in booking websites and Hotels Directories, Giving new ideas for new communication panels inside the hotels, and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.
