Every year KAIZENs.
Work as trainer in order to transfer knowledge and support orgnisational learning.
Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics and warehouse department Budget.
Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing
program operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and
protocols.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Managing the planning of all material for production requirements.
Developing a new planning and forecasting system based on a previous study of the needs.
Initiate aggressive cost reduction programs to reduce total operating costs and meet targeted Goals.
