Project - Medical Claims
This Project involved processing WFS requests created by Medical Team for TPAs like NEURON, NAS etc, downloading reports from Anoud ERP and TPA portals, notifying the Finance Team via MS Teams configured using Microsoft Azure App Registration for approval of Payment and Journal Vouchers in Anoud, and preparing ENBD Bank Transfer, Medical Claims, and Output files to be mailed through SMTP.
Developed the Code using REFramework as below:
Logged In to WFS portal, filtered the Pending Requests, extracted the TPA name and PO Date Range, and changed the status of the WFS request to In Progress.
Logged In to TPA portal, downloaded the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Settlement reports, and copied both the files data into the Medical Claims Template.
Logged In to Anoud portal, created Payment and Journal vouchers vouchers by uploading the respective PO Numbers Template, and updated the Anoud generated Transaction Reference Numbers in the Medical Claims Template.
Notified the Finance Team via MS Teams for review and approval of Vouchers in Anoud portal.
Prepared the ENBD Bank Transfer file by using IBAN for consolidating the amounts for the Payments/ Bank Transfer, and created an Output file to maintain the Status and Timestamp for each of the Successful and Failed Transactions corresponding to the WFS requests.
Marked WFS request as Completed and emailed ENBD, Claims, and Output files via SMTP.

This Project involved reading Input file from Outlook to close and open Stay Restrictions for Hotel Rooms on SynXis application.
Developed the Code using REFramework as below:
Read the Outlook Mail and performed Validations on the Mail Subject, the Sender list and the Attachment. Once Validation was successful, saved the Attachment and used it as an Input file.
Logged in to SynXis application, closed the Stay Restrictions for Hotel Rooms for all the unique Room Codes and uploaded these Codes to the Orchestrator Queue.
Fetched each Room Code from the Orchestrator Queue as a Transaction Item and opened the Stay Restrictions for Hotel Rooms based on the Start date and the End date.
Created an Output file to maintain the Status and Timestamp along with other Details, for each of the Successful and Failed Transactions in the Queue.
Mailed the Client the Output file and other necessary files through Outlook.
