• I represent the primary liaison of the company with its customers
• I work in the Dubai projects division responsible for sales from all the major and minor projects in Dubai.
• I report directly to the Area Sales Manager who in turn reports to the Sales & Marketing Head of the organization with whom, we as a team, hold meetings and reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Job profile entails frequent liaison with the designers, architects, project managers and the clients of ongoing and prospective projects
• Participate in product presentations and seminars at and for schools and hotels mainly.
• Analytical decision making such as product specification upon the assessment of the project type, theme, area, etc.
• Involve in diligent, smart and efficient negotiations amidst rigorous competitors
• Convey and clarify all technical queries on the products.
• Create quotations, prepare submittals, draft letters, payment follow ups, etc. are a few of the many other responsibilities that my job encompasses.
Identification of new business opportunities / contacts in the local market.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Development of accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
• Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers via business meetings, presentations, telephone and email correspondence.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiation of the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
• Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
• Review sales performance, establish plans to aim, to meet or exceed targets.
Completed my Bachelors in Business Administration ( BBA).
Did my F.Sc in Pre-Medical. Earlier I did my O-Levels in Cambridge syllabus.
