- Preparation, Follow up, Calculation of salaries amounts and taxes in addition to overtime sheets
- Salaries tax declaration preparation and calculation
- NSSF follow up and preparation
- Analytical Accounting distribution for Salaries, NSSF, TAX, and all other expenses
- R10 preparation and declaration (quarterly), R5/6/7 preparation and declaration (annually)
- Preparing monthly aging reports for vendors to schedule and prepare their payments
- Assisting the chief accountant with VAT declaration (payables related steps)
- Bank reconciliation for payables related transactions (commissions, checks issued, transfers, salaries etc...)
- Closing petty cash expenses transactions
- Finalizing and completing quarter-end and year-end close process
- Handling monthly accruals and prepayment transactions
- Assisting the senior accountant with completing tasks

- Processing all data entry, and journal entries
- Support in quarter-end and year-end close process
- Controlling all inventory and raw materials reception and transfers entries
- Performing yearly raw materials and stock physical count to match with the data on the system
- Preparing, controlling & issuing cheques as per terms of payments for suppliers
- Assist in preparing, controlling & paying the Payroll, NSSF, and VAT
- Posting salaries and NSSF transactions
- Preparing (calculation and declaration)salaries tax for ministry of finance (R10, S2, R5, R6, R7)
- Issuing different types of checks & prepare accounting reports
- Still doing the junior accountant tasks except for filing

- Process accounts payables according to standard accounting practices and procedures
- Prepare monthly statements for vendors to insure invoices have been paid in a timely manner
- Reconcile all vendors’ and sister companies’ accounts to insure accuracy
- Set up and maintain a record and filing system of journal vouchers, Salaries, Taxes, LC and payable vendor files
- Closing cash modules
- Correspond with all vendors and respond to inquiries
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Post all purchase orders related to invoices, transfers and LC payments either from suppliers or sister companies
- Assist in calculating salaries and benefits by verifying amounts, hours of work, deductions, taxes, etc...

- Invoicing
- Preparing the aging receivables and keeping it up to date
- Controlling the overdue amounts and follow-up with costumers
- Accounts reconciliations
- Handling all receipts data entry
- Schedule due payments over the month
- Distribute the collection employees over the regions
- Applying daily reports to the financial controller (feedbacks, and upcoming follow ups)
