- Preparation of cutting lists based on shop drawings and material standards.
- Ensure team are meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate with factory manager on daily basis in order to plan and prepare tasks as per production plan.
- Prepare schedule and assign team members for factory or site works as per need of the hour.
- Visiting and checking on progress on site and report to management on a regular basis.
