• Daily Validate the Customer's POs data and ensure no discrepancy or invalid POs in system using Excel Lookup and Data Aggregation tools.
• Used VLOOKUP and MATCH combination to perform left joining for several columns at the same time.
• Created automated reports using GETPIVOTDATA, Date Functions and Concatenations.
• Conduct an Excel Training with total of 3.5 hours for Planners, the course cover's variety of topics including (Excel Shortcuts, Data Cleaning Tools, Functions, Pivot Tables and Excel Charts)
• Read the customer's Forecast data using Pivot Tables to determine required Products needed to be purchase for issuing the SLT orders.
Implement Point Of Sale (POS) system that store's the sales that the shop have been made.
•Weekly & Monthly reporting to the shop's owners for all the goods that have been produced, as well as the items that have been sold using Pivot Tables.
