• Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of company and supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business.

employees 28 locations. Responsible for the whole locations and sites’ supply chain needs.
Key Contributions and Responsibilities:
* I did all the ERP business transaction between old system and new SAP system.
* I Contribute in all company projects that led a huge saving, poultry farms closing system, Tomato farms, Gas and Heavy fuel systems.
* Achieving the company goals by aligning its goals with department goals, by sourcing the best quality and lowest prices.
* Managing the purchases of all company needs with fully compliance of company policy and matching with all SOP and standards.
* Sourcing the trading items for our company to complete the full cash van concept, like frozen vegetables, fries, Mayo and ketchup this
will lead our sales to offer one complete solution to their clients and restaurants.
* Negotiating and signing all grains PO based on CBOT, SOH, sales, and production plans.
* Managing CCC “cash conversion cycle” with purchasing and finance team to decrease it as much as we can as it will reflect on
company profitability.
* Conducting the S&OP, MPS, RCCP, and other schedules with all departments to achieve company goals.
* Forecasting levels of demand for services and products based on the sales forecast plan and reflect it to MPR to purchase the materials
on time and reduce the overstocks & out of stock.
* Managing the supply chain strategies to align with sales to be push or pull based on the markets need.

Leading purchasing and warehouse teams with 40 employees providing strategic & operational support.
Responsible for the whole store supplying materials, 43 in Jordan, 12 in Iraq, 12 in Turkey, and 2 in KSA:
* Establishing and implementing purchasing policies, procedures and best practices
* Identifying and source new suppliers and vendors
* managing vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability.

* Working with all Maintenance department (mechanical and E&I) to supply (Chemical pumps, Chemical valves, piping system (all
types of steel, PVC, Titanium ...), Spare parts, all type of maintenance services, vehicles (reach stackers, cranes, and Forklifts)
with minimal cost and without any stoppage of production.
* Working with HSE, HR, and Project Departments to supply all needs as we have the biggest projects of toxic materials with around
$ 100 million.
* Working with logistic department for shipping and customs issues our daily rate were 150 container per day between import and
export.
* Supplying all types of packaging materials.
Corporate with operation and maintenance to put the operation and maintenance plane for whole fleet.
* Corporate with maintenance department to put the plan for supplying all needed parts for daily rotten maintenance and
