• Reasonable of Administration of Projects - Coordination with all necessary Departments,
Procurement of contracts for project execution.
• Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects. Liaising with other
departments, such as TSD, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and other functions as
required.
• Assisting in the screening of proposed projects at the very beginning of a project to
prevent the waste of resources and prioritize of project planning activities to make a more
economical use of the available resources.
• Project Budget monitoring and tracking. Ensuring compatibility of schedules with
budgetary cost requirements and recommend changes. Undertaking Project budget versus
expenses reviews to control the projects and avoid unnecessary financial
disappointments.
• Reviewing and consolidating reports on project progress in order to support Management
decision-making.
• Participating in proponent/ contractor meetings and resolving proponent/engineering and
project management issues. Extensive regular contact with project proponent.
• Developing work schedules for all staff technicians and make adjustment as needed to accommodate changing workloads.
• Ensuring all resources are available to staff members as needed to allow them to perform maintenance and repair of medical equipment and systems.
• Recommending equipment renovation, refurbishment and replacement based on equipment age, failure rate, cost of service and overall ability to support the clinical use.
• Providing critical problem solving and decision making including work prioritization of equipment with higher clinical repair needs.
• Lead implementation and ongoing improvement of biomedical engineering management programs.
• Worked at three different ( 850 MM) major water pipelines project to supply Madinah surrounding towns.
• Preparing the project management systems and schedule.
• Monitoring and controlling the project progress and overall activities.
• Monitoring the project cost and overly expenditure and other cost controlling tasks.
• Meeting with the client to discuss and the submitted invoices.
• Assist in closing out the project finically and legally.
