ثم الاشراف على مستقبلي الطلبات و التنسيق مع الافرع على كيفية الارسال والاسعار .
ادارة المركز بالكامل وتلقي الشكاوى من قبل الزبائن ان وجدت والاشراف على المشرفين و المنسقين والسائقين في الافرع كافة لاتمام عملية التوصيل بشكل صحيح وسريع .
