To develop and pioneer new customers.
To establish the hotel as competitive force in the region, considering rooms and events.
Maintaining the good relation with existing customer.
Planning and conducting Sales Promotion Programs for Corporate Houses and Travel Agents network.
Include customer retention through customer’s feedback study and taking corrective actions.
Coordinating market research and market feedback to Management for quality improvement and market share.
Executing marketing plan considering strategy of competition.
Execute and implement sales and marketing strategy that are consistent with customer satisfaction
Maintaining the revenue level considering rooms and events.
