Responsibilities:
 Preparing SIR, MIR, MAR, Document Submittal and Transmittal in Document Management System (DMS).
 Prequalification and material approval from consultant.
 Manage Vendor, Supplier and Subcontractor to arrange material and resources.
 Preparation of Method Statement to consultant prior commencement of any activity.
 Preparation of Daily and Monthly QA/QC report for consultant.
 Design mix approval and review concrete compressive strength reports.
 Ensure shop drawings approval from consultant to control quality work at site.
 Closure and follow ups of NCR with required documents.
 Raising RFI in case of any conflict between drawing, BOQ and specification.
 Preparation of weekly look ahead plan for site inspections and concrete.
 Preparing and implementation of project quality documents such as QAQC Plan, QIP, QMP, Procedures,
method statements, inspection testing plan, inspection requests, Formats etc. in line with project
contract requirements and specifications.
 Prepare Logs for each item to keep track record.
 Onsite quality induction training along with safety to satisfy the consultant.
 Material calculation, check and balance to ensure sufficient material availability prior concreting
 Assist Planning Engineer to make incorporate quality documentation in schedule
 Internal Auditing to ensure quality procedures are implemented effectively.

QA&QC Engineer at “Expo 2020 Dubai South Mall” & “Park Point, Dubai Estate Hills” project, responsible for following activities on site.

Responsibilities :

❖ Production and fixing of GRC, GFRC and Cornish as per drawings provided.
❖ Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Method statements, Quality inspection plan.
❖ Raising Non- Conformance Report against material and workmanship not complying with the drawing and specifications
❖ Carries out internal and external audits and prepares audit report as per ISO 9001:2015 in compliance with company policies
❖ Ensure that scheduled audits of contractor & vendor findings closure happening in timely
manner
❖ Ensures that the requirements of the company and project management system are established, implemented and maintained.

Construction of 7700 TPD Clinker Production, Cement Plant Construction, 2X12 MW Power Plant, 2X12 MW Waste Heat Recovery Plant & 12.1 KM Road Project, Jauharabad, Pakistan, with Sinoma-CDI (Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Material Industry Co., Ltd.)

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

SAP Power user (Covering All Quality Modules, Operations & Audit Management), Carried out all kind of Civil Materials Testing (I.e; Field Density Test, Coarse & Fine Aggregate, Sand & Crush of different resources, Ingredients of Concrete and different Grades (40, 60) of Steel, Water Hydraulic testing, Brick testing, Concrete Mix Trail from different testing Labs including 3rd party testing & check compliance of results as per reference Codes & Standards (ACM, ASTM, ACI & BS etc.). Look after Post Tensioning work of Cement Silos, control any Non-conformance in activity through CAR (Corrective Action Required) and discourage rework and Cost of Poor quality (COPQ) to maintain, manage and control project budget and time in compliance of quality and planned scheduled, ensure that all work done in compliance of Method Statements as per requirement of critical job & client requirement for different kind of Civil & Mechanical activities to meet the customer satisfaction. Prepare Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) & Quality Inspection Plans (QIPs) & COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) & MAR (Material Approval Request) for different material & activities as per Project scope, Maintain QA&QC database in “SAP QM Module” to encourage Paperless Environment, Prepare Fortnightly/Monthly report for Head office minutes of meetings and review, Plan Master Audit Schedule yearly and Conduct In-House Audit as per DIMS & ISO 9001:2015 for the effectiveness of Descon Integrated Management System (DIMS), Waterproofing of Structure, Road Works, Handing/Taking over the structures with final inspection to the client.

All site inspections and get approval from Client Engineer, Estimating shuttering quantity for all buildings constructed at whole site, Material inspection and approval, Make sure the exact level as per drawings using “Total Station” and “Auto Level”, Provide quality construction to get clients satisfaction, Keep an eye on the whole Execution Work to meet the client’s requirement, Submission RFI’s to the Client and get approval for concrete pouring, Perform FDT/Proctor test in presence of Client for Compaction satisfaction, Prepare level and coordinate sheet during inspection, Preparation and submission of As Built Drawings in the presence of Client Engineer, Project communication and facilitating the client, Prepare overall Project Status reports, To manage all approved records and data in proper manner.

Key Role: My duties include to coordinate with Senior Planning Engineer and Monitor all site activities on the daily basis.

Constructing Pile Caps, Performing Plate load testing for the assessment of the deformation and strength characteristics of soil, Performing Sonic Impulse test on pile to check the length, dia and condition of pile deeply compliance with project drawings and specifications, Placing Pre-Cast Transom on Piers and finishing works, Study detailed drawings and estimate concrete quantity, Preparation of concrete pour slip and submission of inspection request to consultant, Writing and submission of check request (permits) for current day planned activities, Execute the planned activities to ensure the completion of schedule activity on planed dates, To execute the work as per instruction of area in-charge, To execute the work as per drawing and as per technical specifications, Knowledge regarding bar bending schedule and to ensure work in accordance to approved BBS, To maintain daily man hour sheet, Co-ordinate with execution Team and Area in-charge, Liaising with material engineer to ensure the quality construction.
