Preparing Logical programs for the HVAC and Plumbing Systems according to the
sequence of operation.
BAS Testing and commissioning of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing equipment.
Raising T&C inspections for systems and getting approval from the consultant.
Preparing the Graphical User Interface for the systems.
Integrating modbus and Mbus devices with Bacnet supervisor
Integration of smart home automation system, LCS, FAS with BMS.
Preparing IO Schedule, Controller selection, Termination drawings.
Troubleshooting of Bacnet IP and MS/TP networks, Sensors and other field
devices.
Guiding Installation team for technical troubles and termination of DDC panels.
Providing technical training for facility management team.
Preparing the submittal documents for consultants and maintenance team.
Coordinating the site work with contractors and technicians to complete the
target efficiently and safe manner.
Calibration and Air balancing for HVAC equipments.
Attending service call outs and conducting PPM for maintaining the system to
function in efficient and healthy manner.
Cycle time checking for each process according to the target time
Following process wise and overall plant production indicators and reporting to Manager
Inspecting the quality of process as per the traceability
SAP for following production, rejection, stock, WIP data
Preparing weekly presentation for meeting regarding efficiency of all productions process
Responsibility for 5s development
Mechanical Engineering with mini and main academic projects.
