• Supervise and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of goods received, stored, and shipped.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, reduce wastage, and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Preparing a periodic report for the management for each business line stock and analyze their goods movements.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO/LIFO principles and all WMS requirements and internal procedures in order to ensure smoothness running of daily operations.
• Supervise all daily warehouse related activities \[receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations\].
• Streamline warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment’s and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safely working environment.
• Monitoring goods receipt (GR) and order processing times to assure it remains within the accepted limit.
• Conduct regular cycle counts audit and participate in annual stock count to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achieve the department's KPI's.

• Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to prioritize and fulfill urgent orders to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Assure of proper daily documentation for the goods movements.
• Reach out the SAP developers and the service provider for any requested enhancements or new requests.
• Managing brands retail stock in 9 countries and to assure that all business units are having correct prices and seasonality for each SKU.
• Monitoring all brands margin on a monthly / weekly basis and to assure it is maintained within the acceptance limit for each shipment.
• Monitoring the cost of shipments for all brands to be aligned within the agreed percentage with the franchisor.
• Train and coach the team member and the new joiners on internal procedures and new applied procedures.
• Write and update internal working procedures, work flow, and policies.
• Managing credit and debit note booking at the time of prices change to have the effect in the same period of the change.
• Assure having proper way of communication with our suppliers and with brand managers to solve pending issues rapidly.
• Prepare frequent various reports which are related to the retail stock or sales.
• Monitoring the monthly statement of account (SOA) for all countries to assure it is aligned our booking and to claim for any pending or differences amounts.
• Validating all stock monthly transactions prior each month financial closing.
• Oversees overall supply chain fields such as Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Sales operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and financial issues to assure alignment of all to the set department KPI's.
• Following up day to day operations and assure all tasks are finalized on a timely manner.
• Optimize supply chain aspects to minimize the cost related in order to maximize the profitability and to achieve the department targets.
• Frequently reviewing the master production plan (MPS) in SAP with related departments and to adjust it based on the component’s deliveries or orders priorities.
• Monitoring vendors and customers relationship to assure of its strength and sustainability.
• Following all procurement processes such as sourcing, import approvals, terms, PO's, customs clearance, and finance issues.
• Assure finalizing vendors qualification for the components to meet the quality requirements.
• Monitoring warehouse stock and to assure having optimized inventory level of the components especially key items.
• Schedule components deliveries versus warehouse capacity and MPS requirements.
• Keep monitoring master data parameters in SAP for each component and adjust them based on any update to have correct output of the Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Work closely with operations manager to be aligned with MPS.
• Preparing periodic reports for the management such as: business review, components shelf life, spend analysis, cost analysis, and other reports.
• Perform training for departments employees on different topics that are related to day-to-day operations.
• Achieve annual saving target in spend by correct using of the negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Implement new projects in SAP based on business need.
• Controlling and releasing purchase orders/sales orders in SAP.
• Setting the department annual budget with operations manager and finance controller.
• Writing and updating the department standard operating procedures (SOP's) and internal policies.
• Execute and Follow up all preventive maintenance activities for production department and laboratories and issuing all related documents for it (SOP’s, equipment maintenance record, annual preventive maintenance schedule, preventive maintenance order, Preventive maintenance checklist, .....Etc).
• Execute and Follow all corrective maintenance requests for all departments.
• Using the building management system (BMS) to control and monitor all the utilities (AHU’s, Chillers, Boiler, Pumps, Fans, light ...., Etc) that serve the plant.
• Perform all internal calibration processes for the machines, instruments, and balances and make sure that they are working properly.
• Prepare SOP’s for the calibration methods.
• Using the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to follow up the stock of the spare parts for the machines and to follow up on the calibration due dates for them.
• Preparing calibration certificates for the calibrated items.
