• Reporting to SVP-FM, providing all required updates, reports, feasibility studies for all activities and projects of the Engineering Department.
• Presenting and explaining proposals, reports, and findings to the top management.
• Setting out the Annual Plans, Annual Budgets of the Engineering Department in line with the Bank Annual Plans.
• Prepare the Business Cases and High Level Feasibility Studies of upcoming development projects, preparation of investigative reports and due diligence documents during the feasibility period.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders to determine cost estimates, development timing and risk assessment during feasibility analysis and due diligence phase.
• Monitor and manage the bids, contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts, authorization of contracts and payments.
• Ensures that land development policies, internal control procedures and practices are well understood and complied with by internal staff, consultants and contractors.
• Manage and monitor the Value Engineering tasks over the assigned projects, assuring client requirements are met and the project program are on track.
• Lead the pre-development process, which includes, market and site identification, contract negotiations, zoning, rezoning, deal structuring and underwriting, relationship building, management with both internal and external partners.
• Perform, coordinate and lead pre-development work such as preliminary architecture and site design, zoning issues, and regularity authorities.
• Monitors financial information on each phase of development, and continually reviews all accounting relative to land efforts.
• Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
• Administer highway strategic planning, direction and control, construction, and maintenance of projects development activities.

• Establishing and developing of the Integrated Facilities Management Solutions of the Soft and Hard Services for all Al Hilal Bank premises (IFM).
• The development of AHB first Health and Safety (HSE) Manuals.
• Heading Al Hilal Bank Crises Leadership Team and Crises Management Committee, (CLT / CMC).
• Actively representing Al Hilal Bank FM in the Business Continuity Committee (BCC)
• Actively representing Al Hilal Bank FM in the Operation Risk Committee/s (ORC),
• Demonstrated commitment towards observing the company’s integrated management system comprising QMS, EHSM, including all company policies, client satisfaction, stated objectives and goals, individual job descriptions, company’s procedures and safe work method statements.
• Coordinate & monitor information on all projects and reports to The Managing Director.
• Allocate and assign new projects to Project Managers.
• Manage and coaching the project management team, setting goals, KPI’s, interviews, training, and monitor and adjust as necessary.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work in association with the Marketing, Design, Estimation and Procurement and administration team.

• Follow up with production department, projects and installation department for any necessary documents and details.
• Reviewing the contracts packages (drawings, B.O.Q's work schedules and timetables, SD's submittals and material approvals.
• Coordination required internally and externally, with the client, consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and update the regularity authority’s requirements.
• Preparing all the necessary construction details and restudying and designing of some areas on the projects.
• Implementing the Quality management and Quality Assurance policies and procedures set by the company and the project execution plans.
