• Reporting to SVP-FM, providing all required updates, reports, feasibility studies for all activities and projects of the Engineering Department.
• Presenting and explaining proposals, reports, and findings to the top management.

• Prepare the Business Cases and High Level Feasibility Studies of upcoming development projects, preparation of investigative reports and due diligence documents during the feasibility period.

• Manage and monitor the Value Engineering tasks over the assigned projects, assuring client requirements are met and the project program are on track.
• Lead the pre-development process, which includes, market and site identification, contract negotiations, zoning, rezoning, deal structuring and underwriting, relationship building, management with both internal and external partners.
• Perform, coordinate and lead pre-development work such as preliminary architecture and site design, zoning issues, and regularity authorities.
• Monitors financial information on each phase of development, and continually reviews all accounting relative to land efforts.
• Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.
• Administer highway strategic planning, direction and control, construction, and maintenance of projects development activities.
• Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on Project Management, Facilities Management for all projects and development.
• Establish and monitor the engineering team development plans, KPI’s, work load and distribution.
• The development and the standardization of First Al Hilal Bank Engineering and Development Quality Management System (QMS), ensure implementation of formal processes to support the projects and products development process requirements.

• The development of AHB first Health and Safety (HSE) Manuals.
