BMS interfaced to monitor and control all system of AC, firefighting, water leak detection system, elevators,
lighting Tridonic system
Day -to- O & M of District Cooling plant around 45000 T/R by YORK -MAXE Liquid CENTRIFUGAL Chillers,
distribution Pumps, Cooling Towers, Condenser and Primary Pumps. All equipment work in a fully integrated
system which been controlled from a SCADA system (control room).
Responsibility and achievement:
Operation and Maintenance Engineer reporting to the Operation manager
Responsible of MEP Contract in high stander
Planning and Day -to-Day operation (2 general foreman 3 Supervisor 1safety office, 1 maintenance planer,
43technicians
Preparing monthly reports with all required details and statistics
Preforming QA/AC to assure all contract requirement are delivered
Planning of maintainer schedules of preventive routines and corrective maintenance required for MEP assets,
Energy Transfer Station and water balancing in the district cooling network.
Ensuring all work is completed on time & within service schedules and KPI.
Cost control of material and manpower required with following with the store keepers to keep the material
required in safe stock
Identifying operational priorities by assessing operational objectives; such as efficiency, cost savings, energy
conservation & environmental safety.
Look out for Client requirement, visit to consultant, visit to site and complete organize the projects. And follow
up daily, monthly reports with feedback to higher management
Assigned personnel and technical support teams to sites requiring 24/7 maintenance
To assist the principal in the documentation work (BOQ, tender document), Arranging Material and Labor to
ensure smooth flow of work at project, Following up for the payments from clients.
Supervise the handling of major and minor outage in coordination with the subcontractors.
Duties Site:-
Al-Manahad Air Base - Al-Batayah Camp - Fujairah Base Base Camp - Al Manahad Presidential Guard Camp - Al Aweer
Camp- All TABREED plants In the Northern Emirates RTA DUBAI
I was in-charged for 35 Tower in Sharjah, Dubai the following activities
- Carry out a team of technician in work, also ensuring all work is completed on time & within service schedules and
KPI.
- Calculating & verifying the estimated parts required for repair.
- Identifying operational priorities by assessing operational objectives; such as efficiency, cost savings, energy
conservation & environmental safety. - Managing Hot & Cold work Permits, 3rd party certifications, identifying hazards with detailed risk analysis
- Testing and commissioning FOR (AHU, FCU, CCU, DX SYSTEM FROM 2 TR TO 100TR, COOLING TOWER,
SECONDARY PRIMARY PUMPS& CHILLRS.
- Supervise the handling of major and minor outage in coordination with the subcontractors.
- Ordering or picking up parts from supplied.
- Maintenance of air conditioners and Boiler Station.
- Responsible for supervision and training of over 6 operators of varying experience level from entry level to control
room supervisor.
- Assisted in the execution of many complex evolutions including Fourteen planed Shut downs / Startups.
- Hand selected to advance from Auxiliary Operator to Boiler Operator by the Plant Superintendent.
- Lead a team in troubleshooting distilling water systems conducting repairs to ensure the plant was able to meet all
operational commitments.
- Constructed scaffolding inside firebox to conduct inspections and make repairs to the water tubes, grates, and
refractory. Scheduled and assigned preventive maintenance for all Boiler mechanical equipment.
- Maintain all Boiler logs and maintenance history of the Boilers both wood and oil fired plants.
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
- Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
- Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
- Ensures that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
- Responds in a prompt and efficient manner to all reactive issues and help desk requests.
- Carries out site inspection on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.
- Coordinates with other teams and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
- Submits weekly accurate timesheets for the operational staff.
- Carries out routine inspections for the jobs accomplished by Technicians and Service Partners.
- Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements/KPIs.
- Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
- Receives and complete work orders to include; records concerning time, labour and materials for each task.
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements.
- Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the Facility Services Department
