1. Implement the Human Resources and Administration function’s strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with TAIC’s overall strategies and directions.
2. Assists in the management of all Bahrain Branch Human Resources function related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, succession planning, training and development.
3. Manages all Administration function related activities at the Bahrain Branch including security, housekeeping, preventative and corrective maintenance, mail room, office supplies and corporate vehicles.
4. Reviews and assesses contracts, quotations, and proposals and recommends renewal/cancellation of all service contracts affecting the normal functioning of the Branch.
5. Responsible for all payroll activities such as updating / entering details for all employees.
6. Prepare the monthly salaries and review all adjustments.
