Assist HR Manager with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
Receives Job Requisition Form from organizational units to fill new or vacant positions. Coordinates with the Workforce Manager for the implementation of the recruitment process. Advertises open positions in bulletin boards upon approval. Coordinates with local recruiting sources/agencies. Prepares job offers for the suitable candidates. Prepares end of service benefits for resigned and terminated staff according to end of service benefits policy. Proceeds with the procedures needed to pay employees their (housing allowance, working assignments, extra hours, end of service and any additional due payment) and coordinates with the employees to receive them according to related policy. Calculates annual vacation allowance for each employees whenever the employee is due for his or her annual vacation according to Alborg policy of vacation and leave holiday. Prepares over time sheet for the employees according to the over time policy. Prepares due housing allowance payments according to Alborg allowance benefits & policy.
Coordinates the payroll process with other departments and sites for the purpose of delivering services in compliance with established guidelines. Monitors assigned activities and/or program components (e.g. sick leave bank, voluntary deductions, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements. Prepares a variety of payroll related documents for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information. Researches and resolves questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information. Reviews payroll documentation for accuracy and makes any necessary adjustments. Obtains necessary approvals.
Leading day-to-day payroll administration, including bi- weekly payroll processing, collecting time sheets, and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll. Organizing, managing, coordinating, and directing the operations and functions of personnel.
