I saw the control room and protectionrooom, I added a new customer, a new services and removed a customer .they talked to me about the network, the different types of wired lines. When a customer complain from any thing, first I check the block in the company if there isn't any error in it, second I check block in the street if there isn't any error in it, third I check the block of the building. I saw the different types of blocks as american, british and francies.
I saw the control room, I saw the generator how working. I saw the protection room amd make alarm for something happened.

Explanation: Theoritical Part: I and my team work readed about CCNA,learned WI-FI tecnologies,knowen different concepts,different types of modulation techniques and learned advanced communication. Technical Part: I and my team work used an access point which type 802.11n and maked a site survey measurments. Software Part: used a different programmes as OPNET,Matlab,Prezi and Ekahua.
