Responsible for implementing ERP (ERP Plus) on a group of Steel Companies using project management methodology with the following responsibilities;
Plan and carry out the ERP analysis and implementation
Coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues at project level
Coordinate with Business Process Owners to establish systems whenever necessary to adjust processes with the best practices
Coordinate with business stakeholders to provide timely input into required master data updates.
Record and track incidents, complaints or requests.
Support deployment of process enhancements by working with business on data collection and training key users on new functionality
Prepare project plans, schedules, requirement documents, and progress/ status reports
Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where necessary
Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary
Leading a team of business analysts and project managers responsible for:
Implementing process management solutions with the objective of business process automation and integration
Gathering requirements of the system from all stakeholders and categorizing, binding and prioritizing these requirements.
Flowcharting Processes and conducting business process analysis to determine where process improvement can be done.
Analyzing and Optimizing company processes and obtaining knowledge of the analysis of best practices to align business practices with current trends and presenting the latest concepts and ideas for developing the company.
Managing a program to determine, analyze and prioritize company processes to implement workflow as an automation for these processes
Managing a program to establish an IT Manual for the company
Managing a program to Reengineer company Network
Managing a program to implement the companay Corporate Identity
Managing a project to establish a Company Portal to manage and publish information
Implementing a Fax Software for the group of companies
Applying TQM and Six Sigma techniques for problem analysis and solving
Working with a team to update the ISO system (9001/2000) for the company
Establishing and implementing a suggestion system to handle all ideas presented by company employees
Establishing a library for the company to collect and index all machinery manuals/drawings/CDs/books and standards
Working with a team to establish HR System for the company
Working with a team to establish Project Management System in the company
Handling all Company Projects administration and maintaining an updated database for them.

Designing, publishing and implementing new procedures, rules and work cycles whenever necessary in all areas of work
Identifying problem areas and find solutions by considering alternatives, writing detailed reports and providing evidence to support any conclusion
Systemizing, implementing solutions and following their progress
Analyzing the filing system for the company to use an archiving software
Organizing TQM council meetings and keeping an updated database for TQM issues, and follow up carrying out the tasks related to these issues
