Reporting to the CEO handling all HR Activities manage team of 30 employees in all the HR functions, recruitment, training and development payroll and personnel, working on Oracal HR system and implementing the compensation and benefits, implementing the new performance management system according to the balance scored card
reporting to CEO handling all HR activities for the mother companies and subsidiaries 3 companies and 7 subsidiaries
Recruitment, training and develpment, compensation and benefits, payroll implementation of all the HR policies in all of the companies and subsidaries, responsible of the implementation of HRIS in all the group.responsible for all the re-structure of the companies
Hanlding all the HR activities for the Head office and the company plant such as recruitment and implementation of the HR policy guide, implementing all the compensation and benefis plans, imlementing the new payroll system, handling all the ex-pats work permits and residence visa.
reporting to the area HR director responsible of recruitment, training and drevelopment, establishing the HR policy guide and implementing the compensation and benefits plans set by the HR director (pension, life, medical and car policy) my duties also covered the preparation of the regular periodical HC reports and other reports like the attrition reports. in addition i was fully responsible for the daily personnel operations (social insurance, time sheets, calculation of overtime and vacation balance work permit for ex-pats and the preparation of the monthly payroll for the company, i was also handling all issues required documents and analysis related to the lobar office.
maintaining all employees files, preparing payroll and time sheet responsible for the monthly and quarterly reports responsible for the social insurance and all the lobar office issues
