Reporting to -GM i will be responsible Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct the activities and productivity of a department or entire organization.
• Provide training and guidance.
• Delegate duties such as typing, copying, and scanning.
• Hire, terminate, and train staff.
• Create schedules.
• Work with the Assistant Director to sustain and grow programs and service.
• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
• Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership.
• Ensure performance goals are met and set.
• Fulfill duties delegated by C-suite staff.
• Attend and preside over meetings.
• Participate in strategic planning.
• Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partner.
• Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities including fundraising initiatives, special events and the official administrative acts.
• Help create budgets and track expenditures.
• Create presentations for meetings.
• Preparation of Bank Guarantees and maintenance
• Preparation of Letter of Credits as per the banking guidelines and tracking
• Responsible for all banking transactions, including banking administration (cash withdrawals, cheque book issuance, etc)
• Reconciliation of bank statements against books of accounts
Reconciliation of the customer accounts
• Liaise between sales, contracts management and customer for recovery of outstanding
• Tracking of the ageing analysis reports
• Transaction accounting of all supplier invoices
• Vendor registration processing
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Preparation of Payment Schedules and ensuring timely payments
• Analysis of the JIP Inventory Account and reconciliation with actual inventory
• Handling and accounting for the Petty Cash
• Reconciliation of monthly telephone, electricity and water bills
• Generation of Debit and Credit notes
• Preparation of JVs and journal entries
• Preparation of Monthly Schedules

• Opportunity creation & coordination with medial est. head office
• Order booking & creation of P.O
• GRN and invoicing on case to case basis
• Delivery coordination with store keeper
