The Graduation project was about assessing the service quality using ServQual
Assist different professors in assigned tasks and take part in the faculty projects.
-Makes regular, planned calls to secure new referrals, build census, and meet established goals on new and existing client accounts.
-Maintains organized account information on each client tracks visits/results and reports findings to the COO.
-Identifies and prioritizes key accounts.
-Uses superior customer service to maintain current and establish new business relationships.
Provides input and technical assistance as needed to AGI.
-Actively participates in Marketing Department meetings and activities.
-Provides input in development of AGI’s marketing plan and collaborates with other staff, as assigned.
-Helps build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
- With close guidance and support, participates in the AGI’s Performance Improvement program as appropriate and performs specific technical assistance assignments as requested in such
areas as hospital and health organizations accreditation, performance measurements and improvements, strategic planning, training on quality methods and tools as well as systems development.
•Leads the organization through the accreditation process
•Acts as a link between the organization and Accreditation Canada
•Liaises with the surveyors as required
•Ensures that everyone understands what needs to be done, why, how and by when.
•Provides explanation, clarifications and support

- Driving the Accreditation Process in the Hospital
-Communicate between Accreditation Canada and the hospital senior management regarding the hospital accreditation process.
- Coordinate among departments at all levels to make sure they are complying with the Accreditation standards.
- setting quality improvement action plans for departments and teams to help them comply with the accreditation standards.
-Make available any resource that can help teams in their compliance.
- Planning educational material for the staff
1-Dealing with the physicians' personal files: updating and keeping track of certain important papers (Credentialing process)
2- Following up with the Physicians on their CME credits and their evaluations (by doing a database regarding these Credits/reports/forms/guidelines/...)
3-Participating in certain accreditation processes/procedures)..
1-scheduling patients (During orientation)
2-recieving patients(During orientation)
3-Preparing patient Files (During orientation)
4- MAINLY / Assisting patients in their Medical paper work (reports/NSSF/INSSURANCE)
5- Helping the Nursing body in accreditation survey preparations
Consists of 2parts:
1-Collecting IEC materials regarding HIV/AIDS from all over lebanon
2- Creating a data base regarding these materils.
3-Interviewing 125 women from all over lebanon to get a feedback on a developed Brochure on AIDS targetting women.
4- Developing a report on the feedback i obtained.
