- Assigning parameters to study curricula and textbooks, evidence and analysis for use in planning and evaluation processes and development.
- set up the parameters of teachers' plans (quarterly and daily school activities) and assist in the selection of educational outcomes, educational strategies and the appropriate calendar.
- Identify the training needs of teachers and build adequate training programs, training and leadership concerns effectively, and follow-up transmission of the impact of internal and external training to the classroom.
- Supervise the construction and approval tests (diagnostic and realizable and acceptance tests) worksheets, perform the tests, evaluation, and analysis of the results, discuss the parameters in the results, help teachers in their interpretation, and develop appropriate treatment plans and application.
- Good communication and building relationships based on mutual respect with the parties to the teaching-learning process.
- Contribute effectively in planning, organizing committees and evaluation where assigns.
1) Administers school student/teachers' personnel performance, and counsels and disciplines students, performing any combination of following tasks: Formulates student personnel policies, such as code of ethics.
• 2) supervises school student activity programs.
• 3) Gives individual and group guidance for personal problems, educational and vocational objectives, and social and recreational activities.
• 4) Talks with and disciplines students in cases of attendance and behavior problems.
• 5) Supervises students in attendance at assemblies and athletic events.
• 6) Walks about school building and property to monitor safety and security or directs and coordinates teacher supervision of areas such as halls and cafeteria.
• 7) Observes and evaluates teacher performance.
• 8) Maintains records of student attendance.
• 9) Arranges for and oversees substitute teachers.
• 10) Works with administrators to coordinate and supervise student teachers program.
• 11) Assists PRINCIPAL to interview and hire teachers.
• 12) Organizes and administers in-service teacher training.
• 13) Acts as PRINCIPAL in absence of PRINCIPAL.
Provide administrative assistance mainly to the CEO.
Maintain company files, soft and hard copy alike.
Schedules appointments, and meetings
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
Supervise and train other clerical staff.
Provide administrative assistance mainly to the School director as required or as requested including correspondences, typing, information research, filing and taking telephone messages. Draft memos/letters as appropriate.
Schedule and perform word processing activities;
Data entry and helping parents with filling in forms.
Maintain school files, soft and hard copy alike.
Schedules appointments for parents, teachers and coordinators.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the school director.
Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Access, among others.
Co-ordinate activities between all the departments
