• Conducting standardized tests on various petroleum fractions (Naphtha, Kerosene, Fuels), assisting production teams, and managing discrepancies.
• Evaluating the conformity of samples and test results with product specifications, drafting operating procedures for new equipment.
• Performing physico-chemical tests, maintaining, calibrating analysis equipment, and managing sample storage (liquid/liquid extraction for lead and chromium dosage).
• Studying uncertainty, interpreting and validating results, comparative analyses with international laboratories.
• Sampling (solid, gas, liquid), verification of conformity of petroleum and its derivatives samples,
hydrogen, nitrogen, reception of chemical product orders.
• Carrying out various physico-chemical analyses of petroleum products and refinery waste water, communication of results, management of non-conformities, testing of kerosene combustion smoke.
• Criticality studies, interpretation and validation of results, participation in accreditations.
• Preparation of reagents, labeling and monitoring of hazardous products and reagents.
