2013 The Next Chapter of Mobile
* Designed and customized VAS (Value Added Services) roadmap for the year of 2012 and 2013. * Proposed several innovative services and Mobile Apps * Studied the proposed project in terms of the relevancy to Saudi market and the impact on Zain * Designed and drafted several commercial and technical specification documents for many phone applications, services * Built a solid business case for each project and determined the operational cost and revenue. * Developed Go-To-Market plans. * Tracked the progress of the projects to ensure that launch goes smoothly. * Managed and launched the innovative Hajj Tracking Project to track the lost pilgrims. This has been implemented particularly for the pilgrims of Pakistan in collaboration with the Pakistani embassy. The project development and implementation has been completed in less than 1 month.
