Concord Supplies Company strives to be a leader in development, design, installation of fire suppression systems, as well as, provide inspection and service of fire equipment and other safety equipment including life rafts.
-Performed all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of Fire suppression system required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
-Carried out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensured activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
-Coordinated with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
-Reported to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.
-Developed method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
-Carried out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
-Assembled and installed, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand
tools and power tools.
- Carried out NDT for corrosion, distortion, and invisible cracks in the fuselage, wings, and tail.
- Cleaned and changed oil in line service aircraft.
- Conducted routine and special inspections as required by regulations.
- Examined and inspected aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, and de-icers to
locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problem.
- Prepared and painted aircraft surfaces.
- Inspected completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for
operation.
- Read and interpreted maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the
feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
- Serviced and maintained aircraft and related apparatus by performing activities such as flushing
crankcases, cleaning screens, and lubricating moving parts.
