Review delivery orders to ensure supply is met, taking availability, cost, manufacturing process, and lead times into consideration.
Responsible to provide technical support for sales, technical office engineers about Schneider products to ensure an optimum &
professional approach in dealing with customer needs with the objective of increasing sales and improving customer service
Contacting with customers regarding answering queries, providing technical advice, introducing products and all relevant issues
