Quality Excellence Manager
• Proactively supported SmartCity and its ventures by implementing Business Excellence models through ensuring adherence of all organizational policies, processes, procedures, programs and practices to the targeted quality standards and continuously monitored the effectiveness of such implementation in order to drive the business towards continuous improvement.
• Identified, implemented and championed a proper IT system (CRM) in coordination with the IT team at TECOM to link all workflow in the leasing and selling process to ensure control and smooth operations in SmartCity entities.
• Prepared timely, relevant and accurate reports and presentations to the management.
• Assisted in the development of a performance management system based on processes and excellence and related non-financial KPIs in order to assist management in measuring the organization performance.
• Managing and monitoring the Knowledge Management System (KMS) and ensure that all Company documents are saved and captured only in the KMS.
• Assisting Director Human Capital in the preparation of the documentation related to SmartCity &/or its subsidiaries/ventures and ensuring they are valid and up-to-date.
Also, assisted in developing an organized archival system for ease of reference and retrieval
• Handling the recruitment process of SmartCity &/or its subsidiaries in coordination with top international universities to ensure highly qualified candidates.


Sales & Admin Manager -
• Assisted in developing and ensuring implementation of the vision, values, strategy and policy of the Business Centre aimed at delivering and achieving the goals and objectives of the organization, and proactively drive the profitability of the Business Centre.
• Achieved a strong long-lasting relationship with the corporate business partners, a relationship which remains as an important asset to the firm to date.
• Managed the overall operation of in an efficient and effective manner as per the set plan and approved budget

Senior Coordinator - TECOM, Registration & Licensing Department
• Implemented all legal documents and templates related to the Registration and Licensing Department in coordination with the Companies Registrar of TECOM Investments Authority.
• Handled and championed the registration and licensing of TECOM new companies, legal frame change, company name changes, business activities, renewal of licenses and terminations.
• Identified, implemented and championed a proper IT system (CRM) in coordination with the IT team to link all workflow in the leasing and licensing process to ensure smooth operation in TECOM.
