• Perform 2G/3G (Pre & Post SWAP) Drive tests using TEMS 13, 14, 15 & 16.
• Perform Cell Edge, Sector and Point Tests for 4G LTE Network using TEMS Investigation & GENEX Probe.

• Performed Active Set, Monitored Set, Detected Set Analysis & Retuning.
• Check Indoor converge in high clutter area by Walk tests for commercial and industrial areas.
• Customer complains handling, pre post drive and making report.
• Building Solution (IBS) testing for highly potential buildings and hot spots as national airport, hotels and commercial complexes.
• Generate analysis report if there is any issue in sites regarding coverage and etc.
• Investigate and analyze the reasons for call drops, block or failure, hand-over failure and propose changes in the network.
• Work closely with equipment vendors to understand implementation and performance specifications.
