started working as Data entry for life policies for 3 months, then worked as an individual underwriter for 1 year and a half, transferred to claims for 1 year then now am working as after sales admin ( endorsements, Surrenders, Cancellations, and helps sometimes with the the underwriting.
• Receipt vouchers entry according to each customer on the system
• Payment voucher entry + journal entry
• Follow up with customers for reconciliation purposes
• Filing all kind of vouchers
• Preparing monthly medical collection on receipts debited in gas bank account
• Prepare for some customers a monthly statement of account
• Keep record of receipt books and ask the sales persons to sign it
• Keep record of the signed and received invoices on an excel sheet
• Prepare daily medical and gas checks deposit report to be signed and filed
follow up with clients, shipping companies and port staff. data entry using excel . preparing files and invoices.
