· Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
· Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
· Assist with payroll and benefits administration
· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
· Answer Questions regarding, Benefits, salaries & any employee related information.
· Arrange job postings and notify Internal employees of any vacancies.
· Compile & prepare reports and documents related to employees.
· Ensure employees files are updated and have all required documents at hand.
· Ensure the HR system is updated with all employee data.
· Explain company policies, benefits and procedures to employees & applicants.
· Assist in processing & reviewing CVs to evaluate the qualifications and eligibility for hire.
· Assist in Interviews for some positions.
· Ensure the attendance system is updated on a daily basis. Properly record the hiring & terminating of employees, NSSF
· Preparing all needed Documents for NSSF (New joiners and Leavers), R3 paper for Ministry of finance. And following up with the NSSF representative to ensure all is up to date.
· Inform Finance of any changes in employees' salaries or status.
· Assist in employee relating training.
· Undertake any other reasonable task requested by Top Management.
