As A senior accountant here in this company my key responsibilities are:
1. To supervise accounts department as a leader.
2. Make financials (Profit N Loss and Balance Sheet) for the higher management review on quarterly basis.
3. Make payments to our vendors located in S'pore and UAE.
4. Determining cost of new shipments received.
5. Placing proper controls within the department in order to control cash leakage.
My main responsibilities are:
1. To Provide Financial support to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to assist in the running of the Finance department.
2. maintaining key relationships with Senior Management, Lawyers, Tax Authorities and Banks.
3. Prepare management accounts for senior management review, cash control, assist with products costing and Liaising with CFO.
Dec 2011 Qualification: B.Sc (Applied Accounting) Awarded with 3rd class B.Sc (Applied Accounting), a bachelors degree from Oxford Brookes University upon qualifying 9 papers of ACCA qualification and by submitting a research and analysis project of 6500 words
Qualified all the 11 papers of this qualification which are Financial management, Corporate reporting, Corporate law UK, Audit and Assurance, Taxation UK, Performance management, Business Analysis and specializing by qualifying Advance Audit and Assurance and Advance Financial management papers
Oct 2010 Institution: Cambridge University ESOL Department Cambridge, united Kingdom Qualification: IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Scored 7.0 band overall in this test which was conducted by British Council to test the abilities of speaking English language by a person, In which I scored 80% in Listening, 65% in writing, 60% in reading and 65% in speaking. MEMBERSHIP: Affiliated with professional body of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) SOFTWARE/SYSTEM SKILLS: • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power point. • Have experience of operating company's integrated software specifically designed for company's own use. • Have entry level experience of using SAGE LINE 50 software as well. • Have good understanding in operating all other software.
Jun 2008 Qualification: CAT-UK (Certified Accountant Technician) Qualified all the 9 papers of this qualification within one year, passing all papers straight in first attempt
June 2006 Qualification: F.Sc (Pre Engineering) Qualified first year in Science (F.Sc) with science subjects in second Division form Lahore board of intermediate and secondary education.
June 2004 Qualification: Matriculation Passed metric (10th standard) with science subject in 1st division from Lahore board of Intermediate and Secondary education.
