. Support bid review meetings and lead commercial risk management reviews during tender phase and ensure adequate mitigations are applied.
. Create tender review presentations to gain Senior & Executive Management approvals where required
. Compile and evaluate costs, pricing models and commercial risks
. Manage and own deviation approvals for respective tenders
. Schedule and chair internal bid meetings relating to commercial reviews and finance reviews

present, The responsibilities and tasks:
- Prepares detailed documentation to support a bid for a project.
- Work with the Business Unit Manager to prepare a proposal plan that meets the
objectives of the proposal budget and timeline.
- Interpret customer’s RFQ and project specifications, and prepare technical and
commercial proposals & Review the inquiry documents for special requirements.
- Monitor and follow all bids and prepare proposals accordingly.
- Distribute inquiry documents to others involved in the proposal and estimate
preparation as required.
- Obtain assistance from other departments (Engineering, Estimating, Contract
