 Procurement of material and machinery spare parts for all the sites at the most competitive terms considering pricing, delivery & quality of the products.
 Prepare purchase orders, respond to project managers and supplier enquiries, review requisition orders to verify accuracy, specifications and terminology, and compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
 Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.

 Obtaining the quotations & Negotiation for the export of Personal Effects of Expats.
 Preparing the Export Invoice & Packing list as per the weight & dimension of packages.
