Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our client's services to customers.
• Discussing Facility Management Services provide by the company.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Researching, developing and modifying services to meet customer’s needs.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

Review project Single line diagram (SLD) and load schedule received from the customer.
• Send the SLD and load schedules to the design department to prepare the shop drawings.
• Review shop drawing, then prepare material submittal.
• Send material submittal to the customer, then follow up to get approval on it.
• Follow up with the procurement department for the materials availability and delivery schedules.
• Release approved shop drawings for the production department.
• Prepare routine test reports and delivery notes for the dispatched panels and send them to the customer.
• Follow up with the customers if they have any modifications/new requirements on site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and attend meetings with company management to update the status of projects.
• Reply to customer’s emails during the process.
• Attend customer meetings to follow up and update SGI management and each department with the updates.
• Prepare the claim/additional cost if it exists and follow up to get approval on it.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
• Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Help in researching and developing new products.
• Finalize with the customer and prepare quotation after negotiations with them about price and payment terms etc.

Conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations
• Attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
• Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
• Prepare daily QA/QC reports regarding inspections, material, Non-conformances, etc.
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports, and verification of corrective actions
• Check the drawings and documents used at the site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Ensure that all equipment used is calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QAQC documents, testing and commissioning reports, etc.


Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high- quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on the lead time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule, and quality.
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier referencing study.
• Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries of the final product.
• Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.
• Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
• Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
• Ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliance in all procurement transactions.
• Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure better prices.
• Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors on continuous quality improvement.
