Job Position : Input Operations RES - Leader (BOQK & UAE) SME Year : January, 2016 - January, 2017 Nielsen is a global measurement data analytic, audience measurement and consumer insight company (Market research & watch business)
•Owning service persuits (signing qoutas) and revenue perfomance in MENAP region to maximize muliple client's subscription in single study to share field work cost and maximized profitability of the study by $ 450 K.
•Developed compound in-quarter renewal pipelines to support achievement of quarterly and annual targets overall.
•Working with director level client management personnels, delivering quality client presentations and adressing key issues which ofered further supply chain solutions.
•E2E RES project lead for GCC countries based in UAE Nielsen ofice including tactical Quantitative research methodologies.
•Working in conjuction with data architects, leveraging technical knowledge.
•Managing Field team across 5 markets, collectively more than 80 Associates including Field Auditors, Executives, Senior Executives and Field Managers.
•Providing CPIs to finance for each long term or short term and any AdHOC studies to book the cost for each year potential project oppurtinities and geting it approved from senior leadership by justifying each cost factor provided.
•Acted as department head for RES/RRES and commercial res studies reporting field work progression, cost and data analysis to operation's director.
•E2E operational responsibility for commercial and rolling retail establishment studies from planning, execution and delivery across GCC and Levant.
•Direct coordination with client services team to design customized questionnaire for commercial and rolling RES.
•Complete resource allocation based on the project and proposing CPI for ongoing studies or any potential opportunity in pipeline.
•Merged similar new studies with projects in hand to create synergy efect resulting in smooth field work performance and much lower cost.
•Digital questionnaire testing including user experience and post data collection activity for data hygiene throughout MENAP markets.
•Direct synchronization with measurement sciences to respond any queries related to data with cross verification from the field.
•Budgeted vs. actual analysis for COPEX and OPEX.
•Providing annual operational plan to director of department to book the cost and intimate finance department.
•Quarterly comparison of the acquired data with previous year to identify growth in market share by SKY level.
•Complete management and performance evaluation of more than 80 associates with transparent feedback to improve KPI's and executing performance improvement plan in case.
•Customized delivery plans segregated by each clients in PPT format.
•Route optimization plan for maximized sample size coverage within timeframe with lower cost.
•Training and development of the full time employees with minimum 30 % back check of any data collected on individual level.
•Custom analysis as per the requirement of both internal and external stakeholders of big data across GCC and North African region.
•Organized weekly meetings as a representative of all census activities within the region to update executive leadership team and addressing all hick ups/queries.
