• Provide leadership and direction to team
• Recruit, train and develop associates and evaluate their work
• To organize the workload of a group of RMS processors and be accountable for timely and accurate delivery by the group as per Nielsen quality standards
• Ensure continuous training, develop associates and provide support to meet organizational goals. Provide training to processors for special projects
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all work performed by the processors
• Prepare the processing monthly schedule and ensure it's strictly followed
• Monitor the group's and individual's workload and re-distribute work if necessary with the approval of Country IVPO
